These Website Terms govern public browsing and pre-contractual inquiries. Formal technology-services engagements—including Custom Software Development, AI & Automation, Web & Mobile Applications, Cloud & DevOps, Cybersecurity, and SaaS Development—are governed by a separate written Master Services Agreement (MSA) and Statement of Work (SOW) executed between Ondratech and the client.

2. Permitted Use & Prohibited Conduct

You may browse the Website, review our capabilities, and submit legitimate business inquiries. You agree not to:

  • Submit false, misleading, defamatory, or unlawful inquiries through our contact channels.
  • Attempt unauthorized scanning, scraping, automated form flooding, or disruption of Website infrastructure.
  • Copy, impersonate, or misrepresent the Ondratech brand, visual identity, or logos.

3. Website Intellectual Property & Open-Source Notices

The Ondratech name, logo marks, custom visual assets, and original service descriptions on this Website are the property of Ondratech.

Underlying open-source libraries and template foundations used in building this Website remain subject to their respective open-source licenses (including MIT License attributions preserved in the project repository).

4. Client Engagements, Confidentiality & IP Ownership

Submitting an inquiry via this Website does not by itself create a client-advisor relationship or obligate either party to enter into a contract.

In executed client engagements, intellectual property assignment, confidentiality obligations, payment milestones, acceptance criteria, and support SLAs are defined explicitly in the applicable MSA/SOW. Separate internal business platforms operated by Ondratech remain independent from client-owned deliverables.

5. No Unverified Warranties

Information and reference architecture descriptions on this Website are provided for general informational purposes "as is" without implied warranties of fitness for a specific environment. Technical recommendations become binding only as part of a mutually signed engineering scope.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Ondratech shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising solely from your access to or inability to access this public Website or external third-party links (such as scheduling or messaging platforms).
